Triage note (2026-05): Thanks. Two things to resolve before merge:

1. Mesa version jump (23.1.0 → 25.3.4). That spans several Mesa release cycles. Needs an internal full-stack buddy build to confirm the Dockerfile build still works and that the dzn / d3d12 gallium drivers we ship still behave correctly. Several long-standing GPU bugs (e.g. Graphics artifacts when using SDL #1130, GUI app exit with segmentfault in NVIDIA GPU driver #715) might be affected either way.
2. Source URL change (azurelinuxsrcstorage → archive.mesa3d.org). The Azure Linux storage URL is our build-supply-chain mirror; moving to upstream changes our compliance posture. We can probably do this but need to confirm with the build pipeline team first.

Holding until both are sorted. Please don''t rebase from scratch yet — once we have a target Mesa version locked in we may ask for an adjustment.
