Align Weston debuginfo paths with 14.0.2 metadata

• Fixes Upgrade support for xdg_wm_base version #1349 .
• Fixes Blender crashes at startup #1345 .
• Align Weston debuginfo paths with 14.0.2 metadata. This is a follow-up operation to Bump Weston metadata to 14.0.2 weston-mirror#159, which needs to be merged first.
• This should also alleviate the issue at Unable to launch the zed GUI interface under Ubuntu 24.04 WSL zed-industries/zed#47128 and Blender crashes at startup #1345 . zed hardcodes a lot of abstract system dependency checks.
• However, updating Weston will make some changes to the visuals. See https://github.com/qq1038765585/wslg_title_bar_beautify .
• 
• After merging this PR, wslg will support Dark mode. See https://github.com/qq1038765585/wslg_title_bar_beautify?tab=readme-ov-file#lightdark-switch . Of course, the changes at Modify Weston server decoration to look better in WSLg weston-mirror#129 and https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/wayland/weston/-/merge_requests/1154 are not discussed in the current PR.

Triage note (2026-05): Thanks. This will be relevant if/when we bump the Weston vendor mirror to 14.x — until that lands in the build, the libweston-14.so.0.0.0 paths here won''t match what the build produces (it currently consumes libweston-9.*). Holding until the Weston bump is queued; please don''t take a close as a rejection of the change itself.
