Twenty years in regulated fintech, across the full range: an early-stage AI company that listed, a global bank running product across two dozen markets, and a scale-up reset. I work in the diagnostic and reset phase, the first 6 to 18 months when the biggest product decisions get made. My job is to make a product easier to sell, not just easier to build.

I'm AI-fluent at CPO level, and this profile is part of the proof. I would rather build the tools than only talk about them.

• Dex: I run my practice on the open-source Dex framework and contribute back to it. On top I built a custom CRM, a relationship and pipeline engine that ranks contacts by priority and warmth, sweeps for follow-ups, and generates my daily briefings. I also built Hermes, a voice-first WhatsApp assistant that runs 24/7 on my own server, so I can capture notes and tasks into it by voice from my phone. I built what I needed and reused what I did not.
