Linux:

chmod +x run_cipher.sh
./run_cipher.sh

Windows:

run_cipher.bat

Or simply double-click run_cipher.bat in File Explorer.

Note: Make sure Python is installed and added to your PATH. If python is not recognized, try editing run.bat to use py instead of python.
