Important: This repository contains only a demonstrative demo and documentation of a Remote Access Tool (RAT) created as a proof-of-concept for educational/pentesting purposes. The source code is intentionally not included to prevent misuse.
Repo name suggestion: rat-demo-output or pentest-rat-demo
This repo demonstrates the results and capabilities of a RAT developed for controlled, ethical pentesting only. It includes:
- Screenshots and videos of the demo interactions (client → server actions).
- High-level architecture diagram describing components and communication flow.
- Recorded logs / example commands and outputs (sanitized).
- A
DEMO.mdfile describing attack scenarios used in a controlled lab.
No source code is provided.
DEMO.md— explanation of demo scenarios, environment, and limitations.architecture.png— network and component diagram.screenshots/— images of the demo UI and executed commands.video/— short demonstration video(s) of behaviour in a controlled VM.logs/— sanitized example log files (no real credentials or PII).
- This repository does not provide working malware or remote-control code.
- All demo content was generated in a controlled lab environment under owner control.
- Do not attempt to recreate or run any unauthorized remote-control software.
- You are responsible for your actions; use the knowledge for defensive, ethical, and legal purposes only.
If you want to evaluate my code or see a full technical walkthrough, I can:
- Provide a screened live demo in a controlled environment, or
- Share a time-limited container/VM under strict conditions, or
- Present design notes and pseudocode explaining techniques and mitigations.
