The flake tracks main rather than the tag, so nix installs stamp default.nix's version string. Bump it before tagging or the new build reports 0.1.9. go.mod and go.sum are untouched since v0.1.9, so vendorHash still matches.

Bumps default.nix to 0.1.10 so the flake stamps the right version, since
nix profile install github:melqtx/xeetbuilds from main rather than the tag.go.mod and go.sum haven't changed since v0.1.9, so vendorHash still matches.
Also ignores xeet-video, a build artifact the existing rules missed.
