Changed the png wrapper files so that it would compile under lib png 1.4

Added code to look forward on the menu that is being displayed. Does not tell the difference between a separator and regular entry though.

Code now checks to see if the next menu item is a separator. If so it then moves on to the next to add its width/heigh.
