feat: redesign contact page with enhanced form UX and information sidebar

Description

Complete redesign and enhancement of the Contact page to improve user experience, form usability, and provide better support channels.

**Fixes #153 **

Changes Made

• Form Layout: Moved contact form to the right side with info sidebar on the left for better visual balance (responsive on mobile).
• New Inquiry Type Dropdown: Added selection field (General, Feedback, Bug Report, Feature Request, Partnership, Business, Support) to help route messages efficiently.
• Improved Form Validation: Added client-side validation with clear error messages for all fields.
• Better UX States: Implemented loading spinner, success state with confirmation, and error state with retry option.
• Contact Information Sidebar: Added response time info, direct email links, and social/community links (GitHub, Discord, X).
• Enhanced Design: Updated card styling, spacing, and typography for a more modern and trustworthy feel.
• Removed: Collaboration banner (as per requirement) to keep focus on the form.
• JavaScript: Updated initContactForm() with full support for new fields and states.
• CSS: Added/updated styles for the new two-column grid layout and improved mobile responsiveness.
