The root AGENTS.md still instructs future assistants to always open @/openspec/AGENTS.md for planning/spec/new-capability work, but this commit deletes that file along with the rest of the openspec/ metadata. In those requested workflows the mandatory first step now points to a missing file and the project conventions are no longer available, so either keep the OpenSpec files or update the root instructions to remove the stale reference.
