Goals:

Write exact diagonalization and qiskit code to compute finite temperature OTOC. See appendix C of this paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/1807.09087

Current status:

ED code and Trotter version of ED code working. The results match.

Ckt code doesnot match to ED/Trotter code.
