0001-launch-plan.md and 0006-gtm.md name the clinical applications and patent-general, so they must not ship in this public-bound repo. They now live in Secret-Agent-Man/silphe/. This clears the tip and working tree; the history purge and issue/PR handling are the pre-public step (see #13). Closes #13 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
