- Move ID attribute to root level for app and deployment objects. - Update example test data to reflect top-level ID placement. - Regenerate codebase for new structural schema. - Fix easycli to parse the ID from the new top-level attribute. BREAKING CHANGE: The code moves the id fields of app desc and deployment. Closes #270 Signed-off-by: Manjinder <manjinder.b.singh@capgemini.com>
