This commit includes:
Ability to add a Price column to force new prices. (optional)
Fixed deprecated method "commande_pdf_create" after imported file
Applying costs of products in the import function
Verifying that all products exists by reference, this avoids the need erase imported lines after not finding some references and trying again. This is helpful with mass imports.
