We discussed adding minz and maxz which I have not done yet. Still trying to figure out the best way to handle that. |

I think lines 167 and 168 are functionally identical to line 163.
Also, if tile.zoom == 0 the first time then !zoomWhenLoaded will evaluate to true the next time around.

"relative" scale calculates r to keep circles fixed width relative to the map.
