showNoValueInInfo config for displaying all attributes in feature-info. Default attributes with missing values is not in the dialog

@GunnarJulJensen: can we support the same user behaviour by just using the template functionality? I'm thinking about replaceNull here: https://vidi.readthedocs.io/da/latest/pages/standard/93_templates.html#templates

Would it be an idea to define directly what template to use instead of showNoValueInInfo. In the future there may be other needs, so we could have an option like popupTemplate, which for starters could be set to either default (deafult), showNoValueInInfo. Later more templates could be added.

Yes, and you can define a placeholder with replaceNull

It will work, but won't it also require that all columns in the pop-up template need to be described for all tables?
The idea here is to have a simple way to turn this on or off.
