Auto outreach run 2026-08-06 01:17 UTC. Reconciled SUBMISSIONS.md against GitHub per the fleet dedupe rule: 4 PRs opened in prior sessions were never logged (now added). No new external PR/email this run — every qualifying git-PR venue already carried one of our PRs, and remaining candidates failed verification.
