Autonomous submission-outreach cron run · 2026-08-05 17:17 UTC (real run, not dry).

Summary

  • Researched: 18+ GitHub-search terms across awesome-lists + template directories (nextjs / saas-boilerplate / react / tailwindcss / shadcn / indie-hacker / typescript / open-source / fullstack / postgres / web-dev-resources / stripe / turborepo / monorepo / landing-page / best-of / devtools / boilerplates). Verified each candidate for: not archived · pushed <6mo · merges outside PRs · MIT-compatible · free · fitting section · no AI-PR ban.
  • External PRs opened: 0 / 3 — no new venue qualified (see why below).
  • Emails sent: 0 / 5 — no new venue with a public contact email; emailing list maintainers who run a PR process would be spammy.
  • Manual (Tier 3) added: 0.
  • Flagged for human (not agent-actionable): the awesome-list surface is saturated — next real upside is the Tier 2 launch platforms (Hacker News / Product Hunt / dev.to), which need a human-authored launch, and the Tier 3 manual directories (HTMLrev / Tailkits).

Why zero new venues (quality over volume)

Every active, on-topic, MIT-compatible list with a fitting section is already in the log (15 venues submitted 2026-07-17 → 2026-08-05). The 15 newly-researched candidates each fail a gate and are logged in the new Researched 2026-08-05 (cron 17:17) backlog table so future runs skip them:

  • Stale/dead (no merges in 1–9y): korfuri/awesome-monorepo, RitikPatni/Front-End-Web-Development-Resources, brookshi/awesome-typescript-projects, re50urces/Awesome-NextJs, sqreen/awesome-nodejs-projects, softvar/awesome-startups, kevindeasis/awesome-fullstack, Alex0x47/awesome-indie-hackers-tools, 2-fly-4-ai/awesome-shadcnui.
  • Poor topical fit (no boilerplate/starters section — would risk rejection): iamismile/web-dev-resources, DhanushNehru/Ultimate-Web-Development-Resources, dhamaniasad/awesome-postgres, devtoolsd/awesome-devtools, mustbeperfect/definitive-opensource.
  • Unlicensed / non-EN + no fit: lincolixavier/awesome-indie-hackers.
  • Re-confirmed skip: Correia-jpv/fucking-awesome-nextjs — 0 merged PRs ever (bot-auto-synced mirror); community PRs never merge.

Important: this PR also restores the file

main's docs/SUBMISSIONS.md had regressed to a 94-line early version because PRs #2#15 are all still unmerged. This PR restores the full, current, GitHub-reconciled state (latest from branch submissions/auto-2026-08-05-1317) + this run's research.

Changed

  • docs/SUBMISSIONS.md only.

Research-only run. Swept 18+ GitHub-search terms for new awesome-list /
template-directory venues accepting Next.js/SaaS/boilerplate submissions.
No qualifying external PRs (0/3) or emails (0/5) — every active, on-topic,
MIT list with a fitting section is already in the log; the harvestable
awesome-list surface is saturated.

- Restored the full reconciled SUBMISSIONS.md. main had gone stale (94-line
early version) because the 14 prior cron PRs are still unmerged; pulled the
canonical latest content from branch submissions/auto-2026-08-05-1317
(PR #15) and re-reconciled every submission's status against GitHub.
- Reconciliation: all 14 external submission PRs still OPEN — none merged
or closed since the 13:17 run. Log statuses unchanged.
- Added a second-sweep research backlog (15 newly-evaluated venues) so
future runs don't re-research. All fail a gate: stale/dead merges, no
  fitting section, unlicensed, or non-English.
- Re-confirmed Correia-jpv/fucking-awesome-nextjs: 0 merged PRs ever
  (bot-auto-synced mirror) — skip.
