Turns the 2026-07-19 DRY RUN rows into actual outcomes: - shadcn.io / shadcnblocks/shadcntemplates — submitted for real, PR #14 (content/mailkite-saas-startup.md). Their README documents self-submission as the norm and there is no AI-PR rule. - awesome-saas — held, not submitted. Their pull_request_template.md requires attesting "I have not added a link to my own project if it's not notable or widely used", and CONTRIBUTING declines resources added primarily for promotion. At 0 stars and ~2 weeks old that box cannot be checked honestly. Revisit once the repo has traction.
