Apollo Save Tool, 64kformat, BatterySteve, CMFileManager, DataDaxter, Leafcleaner, PixelOverFl0w's button tester, ScreenMeaver, and Themadump have been added. The config.txt for pkgi now also includes PSX games, and the seplugins main.html text was fixed to show the version of what NPLoader actually is.
Added this one last minute since it can also be a useful tool in some situations.

The seplugins HTML page was also fixed to show what the NPLoader version is supposed to be.
