Description
This pr adds Components V2 for heist cog.
Todo before merge:
(equip need to auto remove items after use.(DONE)(currently they do not auto remove.(heist profile), check how many success, fail and caught by police have happened in total.(DONE)Level system for heist?(DONE)add events for x2 x3 etc payouts?(DONE)
