It turns out that there is even a schema for (sival) testplans in OpenTitan at hw/lint/sival_testplan_schema.hjson. After this change, that schema is stricter than the requirements of dvsim. Signed-off-by: Rupert Swarbrick <rswarbrick@lowrisc.org>
