Covers what has landed on longbridge-terminal main since v0.25.0: the TUI settings modal, context-aware key hints and mouse scrolling, the visual refresh, the access-point routing fix, and three command fixes. Also refreshes the access-point section of the CLI skill reference, which still described detection as a non-blocking startup probe keyed off mere reachability.
