Lobster Lager is a collaboration between a 68-year-old award-winning Swiss brewmaster and OpenClaw, an autonomous AI agent — proving that machines and humans make better partners than either could alone.
The AI manages temperature ramps, pump cycles, and hop schedules via Bluetooth. The brewmaster keeps final say over every decision. The result: 24.5 liters of Amber Lager, brewed February 21, 2026.
