Script to analyses LIDAR and RGB point clouds and extract canopy heights, using the R package lidR.
This script makes use of the free R package lidR, to manipulate LIDAR and RGB point clos and extract relevant plotwise height information. The original R package focuses on application of LIDAR in forestry, this script uses the underlying package, though with a focus on smaller crops grown in designed trials.
