Improve calibration and export workflow receipts

Summary

• Add hardware-free reference calibration receipts for filename/path, coverage range, point count, phase availability, correction active/inactive state, and sweep coverage warnings.
• Add export artifact receipts that list MAT/CSV/TXT/PNG outputs, output directory, source, correction mode, point count, timestamp, and simulated/live boundary wording.
• Add a compact non-modal Event history panel in the Tk operator console so calibration/export warnings remain visible.
• Update the operator guide to describe the new receipts without implying live hardware validation.

Stacking

• This is a follow-up branch stacked on PR Add capability discovery packaging sprint #6 (codex/capability-discovery-packaging) because it builds on the current operator-console view-model/controller structure in that draft PR.
• After PR Add capability discovery packaging sprint #6 is merged, this branch can be retargeted to main if needed.
