Hi, i try to combine two files and i get this error

loompy.combine(["K_miRNA_without_bam_bai.loom","abd_ctrl.loom"], "control_combine.loom", key="Accession")

AssertionError: The two arrays are not matching

Hi I got the same issue. Did you solve it?
I just created .loom files from fastq, and tried to combine the two sample. But it doesn't work
