The web upload landed the corrected scripts as packskill.py and releasenotes.py, leaving the hyphenated originals in place with their old text. Both workflows invoke the hyphenated names, so the correction never took effect — the next release would still have shipped the wrong wording. Moves the uploaded content onto pack-skill.py and release-notes.py and drops the duplicates.
