Preserve Agenttic runtime client context

Summary

• route Agenttic bridge calls through openclawp/chat so product-owned client_context keys are not filtered by agents/chat schema
• keep peer caller context merged into runtime context
• add regression coverage that carpeta_pending_confirmation reaches openclawp/chat
