ADR-027 records the arc's central decision: evidence that gates a release binds content, never history shape — the execution disjunct, self-carrying release commits under proven consistency, and cohort receipt re-verification at the final tree. ARCHITECTURE.md stops claiming execution evidence derives from git history alone and documents why dev identity is deliberately not build-time-injected. STRATEGY.md gains two proven learnings — history-shaped evidence dies in transit, and version strings carry shipping-suppressing narrative weight — plus the 0.2.x fix-cadence priority the reset unblocked.
