`lt claude plugins` only ran `claude plugin install`, which is a no-op for an already-installed plugin and never upgrades it — the active version stayed pinned to whatever was first installed, even after the marketplace cache was refreshed. New commands (e.g. take-ticket) therefore never appeared on machines that already had the plugins. When install reports the plugin is already present, follow up with `claude plugin update` to pull the latest release from the updated marketplace cache, and surface `/plugin update` in the manual-fallback hint.
