fix: bump version to 0.5.1 for fresh Launchpad upload#122

The 0.5.0 orig tarball already exists on Launchpad with different contents, so uploads of 0.5.0-0ubuntu2 are rejected. Bump to 0.5.1 for a fresh orig tarball.
