chore(templates): align non-DB B2 metadata

Summary

• Align selected non-DB B2 template metadata with the useful kb-0.9 semantic changes while keeping all raw asset URLs on labring-sigs/templates/main.
• Point local README/i18n README metadata at in-repo docs for minecraft, frp, code-server, and chatgpt-next-web.
• Use the in-repo Meilisearch logo for the app launcher icon.

Scope

Changed projects:

• minecraft

Reviewed and skipped:

• jupyter-docker-stacks: no source project exists under templates-actions-kb09/template.
• chatbot-ui: only useful-looking reference changes were asset URL rewrites; skipped the JoinTakeoff.com URL change.
• anki-sync-server: skipped blog URL replacement and asset URL rewrites only.
• derper: skipped imagePullSecrets because it can change public GHCR image pull behavior; asset URL rewrites only otherwise.
• it-tools: skipped removal of the existing Chinese description; asset URL rewrites only otherwise.
• llama3-8b-chinese: skipped draft: true; asset URL rewrites only otherwise.

Safety

• Kept existing fixed image tags unchanged.
• Did not add digest image references.
• Did not touch DB or KubeBlocks templates.
• Did not include labring-actions raw URLs.
• Preserved existing platform.json files.
