Fixed area computation in clutterIntensityIntegral()
I had to require c++11 standard in CMakeLists.txt to compile.
For clutterIntensities > 6 specified in the rbphdslam2dSim.xml the discrete distribution "saturates". Felipe Inostroza suggested to approximate the distribution as a gaussian. (http://wiki.stat.ucla.edu/socr/index.php/AP_Statistics_Curriculum_2007_Limits_Norm2Poisson)
