Install dependencies according to GitHub Pages.

mkdir -p ~/.config
git clone https://github.com/kxue43/substance ~/.config/substance
~/.config/substance/set-up.sh

Open up nvim and run :MasonInstallAll, :TSInstallAll, :checkhealth.
