[codex] Update 33rd generation site content

What changed

• Switch default 33rd-generation surfaces for home/archive/project/review filters.
• Update recruiting schedule for new organizers and members.
• Add shared toast handling and use it for recruit email alerts and blocked apply clicks.
• Add transparent background versions of NamaneCut and USEmbassy partner logos.
• Includes prior branch work for 33rd assets, guest cutouts, partner/company rows, archive updates, and shared shell UI refinements.

Data notes

• 33rd meetup/corporate/review/story data was inserted directly into the production DB outside this PR.
• Expert lecture and exhibition story rows currently appear under the backend fallback category label 기타 because the deployed backend does not support those enum values as filters.

Validation

• npm run build

Follow-up

• Email alert endpoint is wired in the frontend, but no live test email was submitted to avoid inserting test data.
