The eighth project: an original baseball franchise simulator (diamonddynasty.kluthstudios.com). Follows the new-game playbook: projects.ts entry, detail-page route, ProjectArt stadium scene, the six-page docs set, sidebar category, and the project/game count bumps across the home terminal, projects index, docs landing, getting started, and the how-to-play guide.
