Convert absolute kubestash.com doc links to relative internal links#82

The link checker validates absolute https://kubestash.com/... links against the live production site, so a green PR can turn red on master whenever production redeploys (e.g. a docs restructure changes a URL). Convert versioned internal links to relative /docs/... links so liche resolves them against the repo's own files — deterministic and independent of deploy timing. git.k8s.io is a vanity redirect to kubernetes/enhancements on GitHub. It serves 200 in a browser but rate-limits the link checker (429), causing intermittent Check links failures. GitHub itself is already excluded, so this is consistent. Signed-off-by: Anisur Rahman <anisur@appscode.com>
