Looks like this is a translation of tools/search-untranslated-file.py to JavaScript (Node.js).
Currently, I and Don came to consensus that the current way of localizing pages is not that great (you have to write the entire article in placeholders), so we are not merging any localization-focused PRs at that time.

Of course, we will notify you if something changes on that matter.

By the way, I recommend using a translation system like the one on Wikipedia. Another suggestion would be Weblate, a website designed for collaborative translations.

Thanks for suggestions, although some of them were already discussed - namely Lat outright rejects making the wiki a MediaWiki wiki.
