Onboarding Instructions

Hello Everyone, please follow the below checklist and make sure you have access to everything you need.

Everyone should have access to:

• 40a Slack Channel
• 40a Github team under kyle’s kshannon-ucsd github org.
  • givign you access to the following two repos: {dsc40a, dsc40a-problems}
• EdStem or Piazza or CampusWire
• Kyle’s Course Lectures on youtube
• Gradescope (auto enrolled through canvas sync)

Please give the syllabus a brief read and take a look at the course website:

All TAs and Tutors Please do the following:

• Make a push to the class website once you have access
  • You will need to add a section for yourself on the course staff page, see link for ideas
  • You can add an image to the google drive named e.g. kyle_shannon.jpeg, which I will add to my S3 bucket and put on the site.
  • Please make sure it is not a .HEIC file, but only a .jpeg or a .png, ideally below 1mb.
