Adds PR Radar to the Code Review Platforms section.
PR Radar is a free browser extension that unifies review state across GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket pull requests in a single dashboard: CI status, unresolved comments, review/approval state, deployment status, and desktop/sound notifications. It polls in the background (no tab required) and uses personal access tokens (no backend).
Happy to move it to a more suitable section if you'd prefer — it spans the review workflow rather than being a single-platform tool.
