This list covers reviewers for logic, security, and general code quality, but nothing that reviews the design quality of UI code — accessibility, typography, spacing, interaction patterns. That's a distinct review pass with its own failure modes, so this PR adds a small "Design & UI Review" section rather than stretching "Automated PR Agents".
