Adds SeamStress to CLI & Local Workflows.
SeamStress is an open-source (AGPL-3.0) CLI that reviews high-risk code seams (money, auth, multi-tenant) with several independent blind critics, a synthesis step, and a verification gate that only presents a finding as verified when it is confirmed against the source with a quoted line. It fits alongside the multi-model / local-review tools in this section (Signum, claude-code-multi-model-review, h5i).
