- New per-CLI setup guides (copilot, gemini, codex) mirroring the Claude Code/Desktop pages, adapted to each CLI's install, OAuth/API-key, and troubleshooting flows. - Refresh ai-plugin-mcp-ref with the current automate plugin: 13 MCP tools across Devices/Sessions/Apps/Account, two skills (run-automation-suite, run-interactive-test), and the /automate:setup and /automate:doctor commands. - Broaden MCP index and nav to cover all five assistants and fix a stale xref label on the Claude Desktop page.

Summary
Added a reference page for the Claude Code plugins and their associated capabilities. Edited the original Claude Code page with general workflow information. Added interlinking between all three pages, added link to reference page to nav.
Added MCP support for CoPilot, Codex, and Gemini.
