Hi. The changes make it possible for zig to download packages without git submodules. rofrol/beho--zig-csv is my fork of beho/zig-csv that is updated to zig master. I have made PR beho/zig-csv#7 but author tracks zig 0.11. |

beho/zig-csv#7 is now merged and project is updated for Zig 0.12. That might help with more permanent upgrade here. |
