Add EmbeddedJobs to Job Boards
Adds a new "Job Boards" section with EmbeddedJobs, a job board dedicated to embedded systems and electronics engineering roles.
No existing "Job Boards" category existed, so a new section was created and added to the Table of Contents
Placed after "Development Board Retailers" as a natural fit within industry/career resources
Follows the existing list format and contributing guidelines
