As I have been working on this text on and off for about two years now, and as the world suddenly started to change at breathtaking speed, I think I should make it public even as an incomplete text now, and then hopefully fill the gaps later. Two full chapters are missing for now (they are in drafts that still need lots of work), but oh well. But they will come. I'm sure eventually they will come!
