Why
The engineering handbook (ways-of-working/public-repositories.md) now defines a canonical MIT license template and copyright line for all public Keycard repos.
This repo is already MIT (correct per policy — SDK / protocol-facing code), but the existing
LICENSEpredates the handbook template. The copyright readsCopyright (c) 2024 Keycardinstead of the canonicalCopyright © 2026 Keycard Labs, inc., and the body text differs in formatting. No license change — same MIT terms, just aligned wording.
Change
LICENSE: replaced with the handbook's canonical MIT template (handbook/ways-of-working/public-repositories.md, "MIT template" section). Copyright holder corrected to the legal entity name and year set to 2026.No code changes.
