Releases move to GitHub. Remove the tuxpkg pipeline include and the doc, pages, and trigger_tuxsuite jobs. Only dispatcher Docker image builds remain for tagged releases. Signed-off-by: Anders Roxell <anders.roxell@linaro.org>
