A safety-first swap app built to swap tokens between any 2 chains. Can be implemented as a swap-app through a package and available in multiple implementations. Semantic Version Control allows augmenting various chains and a system for developing apps that use the hardware to offer hardware as nodes for everybody else's swaps.
