feat: clicking dashboard action items opens pipeline detail panel - #43

Action items and upcoming events on the dashboard are now links to /pipeline?entry=<id>. The pipeline page reads the URL param after loading the board and auto-opens the detail panel for that entry.

Action items and upcoming events on the dashboard are now clickable links to
/pipeline?entry=<id>. The pipeline page reads theentryURL param after loading the board and auto-opens thePipelineDetailPanelfor the matching entry. Hover styling is added to both dashboard widgets to indicate interactivity.
